I like the light path. Much better to go with. I'm just not seeing the dark path nor the Akatsuki path at the moment. You could have both Naruto and Ultear join Fairy Tail as Team Akatsuki or you could have them loosely affiliated. I'm going with the light path on this one.

Lisanna with three faces and six arms would be quite disturbing.

One note, arguably Nagato didn't actually 'let go' of his gravity manipulation when he created Deva Path, Nagato simply channeled chakra and the technique through the allocated body. It's your story though.

Also curious, is Naruto aware when Matatabi uses Asura Path's abilities?

Just my opinion, but these stories would work better as separate posts. I missed the note at the top and as skimming along trying to figure out what was going on here. Can't quite say as I care for what little I read of the Akatsuki path either. Not very Naruto. Also, what little bit I noticed, this chapter carried way too much exposition on differences.
