I'm liking this, but I think you're exaggerating a bit on our economy in the US. I mean, the past couple of years have been pretty bad, we haven't been in this much trouble since the Great Depression. In fact, my dad got laid off a couple of years ago. We had to move to Germany, but that's a whole other story.

Anyways, we are recovering immensely. But I guess without the whole exaggeration there would be no story. But a small question, do you think it would really matter if the new "family" didn't like Alfred? He's their nation, the least he deserves is respect. And is this set in a different time zone? Because I'm sure if it is current, the family staying there now would love him.

Oh, and I know it's finished I just enjoy to throw some things out there.
