In a perfect world I would say take the part-time job and slowly write on the side because debt interest is quite the stick in the mud, but I know this would be quite difficult for people to put their all in a job and their hobbies. i think pursuing writing as a source of income is a great idea! also, i love the premise of your first idea, the isekai story. that's the kind of story I've read and loved and supported in the past, and the kind of story i can see myself supporting in the future
