hahahaha I loved this Psycho is one of my favorite movies so I loved all the references in this. And I was totally expecting them to find her (Creepy Kate not Beckett) dead mother in the house

I liked this story!

won't lie, the mention of Psycho gave me chills, because I was reading this at night in the dark, and I remember that horror movie so well.. I was kinda afraid for Beckett and Castle! all I could think was, when are they going to see the corpse? haha

I also kinda hoped that the motel won't have enough free rooms (like that could happen in the middle of some woods, lol) and they'd be forced to share a room, well, that didn't happen, but I did love the epilogue of them returning back some time later and asking for one room. Great!
