he does have an advantage in how cold and calculating he is...and he'd probably not steal fizzy lifting drinks although watching him and butler both fly and then in a belch a thon would be entertaining...

I love this story so much could you do it again with Artemis Fowl but with the Tim Burton Version instead I have did read a Artemis Fowl one with the Gene Wilder as Wonka on another website I also notice you did mix both movies and book into here so that's cool

This is a crossover I never imagined could exist but it does and it's awesome and you did a great job writing it!
What I love best about this fic is your intepretation of Willy Wonka. He's intelligent and snarky and perceptive and sarcastic but he hides it well. Yet he also has the child-like belief and wonder that Willy Wonka must have (you have to if a chocolate factory is your life's ambition). I liked the parts where he found malicious glee in the fates of the terrible children. Maybe Willy Wonka would be more like this if the target audience wasn't children...
I also like the way you portrayed Artemis here. He's younger and less jaded than Book 1 Artemis so of course he's going to be a little more childish (he hasn't had to seize control of his family's criminal empire or deal with his father's disappearence, his mother's declining mental state, and the opportunistic vultures yet). Also, good point about Artemis putting up a front (you also give us insight into his thoughts though which was what I was referring to about him being a little childish). How he made off with an everlasting gobstopper is so very Artemis. Think of all he could do with that technology...
Your note about how if you were giving a tour of your factory (etc.) brought up a good point. Kudos.

Yay for this crossover... Artemis Fowl does his thing, and yet manipulates the situations so that they ended up as per canon... I was wondering how you were going to bring Charlie in, or even if he was going to be in the fic at all, but I'm glad to see that he turned up there at the end, and even that it ends somewhat like in canon.

... Actually, while reading through this fic, it occurred to me that this could have been where Artemis got the idea of looking to what would ordinarily be called the fantastical for his next few crimes, hence leading to the situation in the first book... And it kinda fits too :D

And now I'm just picturing Artemis Fowl with an Everlasting Gobstopper in his hand throughout all of the books... Everlasting, indeed
