A great story and it's a shame there wasn't more to follow
To answer your question Voldemort was and is an absolute monster. He has no humanity so he is a villain. Good story and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The biggest problem I had with this chapter was if Hermione and Daphne were choosing to listening to Ron and Harry's conversation with Malfoy why the hell did they not say something earlier to prevent him from ending up in that honor duel. I'm sure Daphne can remember that Harry knows next to nothing about the Wizarding World, such as honor duels have to be accepted and Ron not Harry accepted said Duel. In other words, they had no grounds to be angry at him for accepting a duel that he did not accept nor promised that he would be there.

Please continue with the story it's good

Voldie is moldy, with the soul anchors he has lost most of his humanity so he is a spiteful extremely confident and sly so moldy is a good term from my point of view!

U should show more of a human side of Voldemort!
