Such a good ending!

That was much sweeter than I thought it would be. Given the title, there were expectations of mutual hatred and mind games and all that; no, this story was heart-wrenching, beautiful overall.

Some things were overly explained; I think more could've been expressed by allowing the reader to feel the weight of the scene, instead of saying every thought that passed the character's mind. Like Shiela's segments, they had a lot of thought going, but the paragraphs that go into detail at how she perceived the boys, and Eric more notably, was rather lengthy, relative to the amount of time she was actually involved. But that's my only bad note.

The flow was smooth, the characters were believable, and the plot was riveting.

I loved Liane's growth here; the way she was depicted as a lost soul, a person who has been through things, aware of her shortcomings and yet... Sigh. The way she treated Kyle and Eric was really nice, and her dramatic departure certainly leave horrifying impressions as a result.

And Eric. Whoa. His transition in two years, and his transition within the actual story's chapters are very stark, surprising, and a little overwhelming. Whoa. I didn't think it would be possible, but the groundwork laid out here makes an interesting and plausible way for that to happen. He was very human for better or for worse, specially towards the people closest to his heart. His struggle was the most visible of all, and the way he pulled through made him all the more endearing.

As for Kyle, it was like he never changed. The same fiery passion, strong-headedness. It's like he didn't even know what was happening, but luckily he was able to admit that he was jealous over Bebe and accept the result of his confession of sorts. xD His role was a wonderful one.

And whatever happened to Stacey? Not even a passing mention in the ending, for all the attention she got initially.

The ending was my favorite part. It was very satisfying how everything led up to it despite the difficulties they all met. (Also, no alphabetical order during graduation? Marsh and McCormick first then back to Kyle. What scheme is this? xD) It left me in tears and warm snuggly feels.

To the author, I hope you find a reason to write more (Kyman) fics in the future. :) Excellent job on this story!

Excellent! The best Fanfic I have ever read. Awesome plot, brilliant pacing and best of all; mixed together with a whole drama and romance. It's very rare to read one of these Kyman stories without Cartman being a total arsehole. I really enjoyed the sensitive Eric Cartman. Please keep writing these awesome stories!

First of all, I apologizes for reviewing so late with the last chapter. Second, this is a very well written fanfic, even if at times I found Eric and Kyle a bit out of character. I'm glad you finished this fan fiction the way you did. The ending was heartwarming.
