I'm so sorry for not reviewing each chapter as I went along, I've been dipping in and out of this story all day (in amongst looking after my toddler and doing housework!) and simply forgot until I was more than halfway through. I intend to re-read this soon, and will definitely be leaving notes after each chapter!
