I just found this story around eight hours ago, and have read it completely through. After reading the authors note (even if its around two years out of date), I'd really like to read more of Versus the Road. A lot of the story requires the suspension of disbelief, but it isn't the big, belief-suspending parts of the story that's made it was it is. It's the way Chuck and Sarah are portrayed, which has endeared this story to me. Thank you for taking the time to write this, and I look forward to reading more in the future.
