This is literally the type of story I've been searching for since joining the fandom. I've always been fascinated by the idea of John and Seb meeting after Sherlock's "death," with Seb using him in some war or the other. And this... this was everything I've wanted and more. I was curling in on myself in horror during the office scene with Seb's "monologue." Anyway, I tend to ramble, but just know that I absolutely love this story with every fiber of my being. Oh, and the end... you had me grinning like an idiot in the middle of my classroom, thanks. I'm off to read more of your wonderful works!

What a story! It was really amazing, so twisted and dark but with such emotion and love too. I'm glad it had a happy ending. I loved the whole bit. I'm a real sucker for romance mixed with action/angst. The last couple chapters with the hostage standoff were fantastic and really well done and so were Sherlock's responses.

Wow. Just wow. I think I threw up in my mouth a little when John had an inkling of what Seb used Moriarty for. I loved what you did for the twist and had it entwined with the real story. I couldn't stop reading this and did it all in one shot! Thank you for writing it!

You have not yet written a songfic of Coldplay's 'Fix You' with these two boys despite your obvious leanings towards it. SHAME.

I have LOVED every single word of all 15 chapters! You are an AMAZING writer and I this FF is one of the most beautiful, frightening and touching I have ever read.

When I read the following lines: "...I'll recondition you. And one day this," he kissed John again, his lips soft and quick against John's mouth, "won't make you do this." He touched John's hand, which was clenched so hard his knuckles were white. John hadn't even realised he'd been making a fist and loosed his hand, his throat tight with something that felt like shame", believe me, I cried.

Sebastian's charachter is perfect, I loved every single twisted thought that passed in his mind... and the ryhthm of the events is breathtaking.

I'm not an author (non so far), but I subscrived the site just to tell you how I liked your story and to put you among my favourite auhtors. Thank you so much for this novel. Don't stop doing this, EVER!
