Wait what happened. You said you was redoing this or something and then only did one chapter. Can't you either follow through with what you said or finish this version. It's a very good story but leaving it like this is a waste of content and potential

This has been fairly interesting so far and I do plan to finish reading. I feel I must say I've never seen the Hesperides being of Atlas and Nyx. I know that some sources has them as daughters of Atlas and Hesperis which is what I've always figured to be the original due to their name of Hesperides. They're also listed as daughters of Erebus and Nyx in some, daughters of Phorcys and Ceto in others, of Hesperus alone, and of Zeus and Themis which could connect the Hesperides and the 3 fates in some myths. Of course even the number of Hesperides is variable the most common is in fact 3 but there are some accounts of up to 7 of them. That could be an interesting little fun fact and something you could use for this later on down the road. Of course for those who really care about what riordan intended for his books the wiki is there which actuallly lists Hesperis as Zoe's mother and Pleione as Zoe's step-mother. I'm interested to see where you go with this.

in the books the hespirides' mother is pleoine, you may already know that but its a bit odd that you chose nyx. changing this detail also means that the origins of riptide make no sense, after all it was a gift from zoes mother when she faded, being of the sea (sea nymph) and riptide being of the sea, not the night
