How the themes of your fics differ so much but retain the same wonderful writing is truly so lovely to read. When Spencer spoke i could almost feel it as i was reading it, and the emotion swelled perfectly in pace along with everything else. Even with something that is mainly dialogue, your brilliant writing still shines!

I love how you can create such real scenarios right before my eyes! I could see this situation and hear their voices.
It mad me sad to read of so much bad and sad childhoods but it makes me even more sad to think of the fact, that there are real children suffering such fates. Hopefully they find someday someone like Hotch to talk about it.
Your explanation for the teammembers different 'instincts' and it your way to build the story, how every step takes one closer to the climax are amazing! I also love it how you put so much work in every charactereven side characterand try to give them a lifestory that could be a real one.
The theme of this story was pretty deep and helped me to look at certain aspects out of a new perspective.
It was nice to read out of Hotch's point of view and have an insight of his thoughts and childhood so it felt like an exchange in some way and it wasn't a monologue on Reid's side. It is a very intresting idea to give Hotch a childhood like this (I haven't seen it in canon yet, so I think it is your own idea) and it totally fits his character! *thumbs up*

Hi! I'm trying to be better at reviewing the stories I like, cuz I know how happy it can make the author to get some feedback (really happy!). I just want to say, this is a powerful, thoughtful story. Extremely well written with perfect dialogue. Hotch's inner thoughts are fascinating. Reid's story is also very painful and interesting. This is a good, though short, exploration into hidden emotions and pain. I can really feel for the characters and their struggles. I'm glad Hotch was willing to listen to Reid's troubles. I think this stands with the show because in an early episode of the first season, Hotch can tell Reid is having nightmares and quietly offers to listen if Reid ever wants to talk. I can totally see them having this conversation. Having written a fair amount of Hotch backstory myself, I appreciate the respectful angle you took on the painful subjects. It's difficult to write about, but I think you did a good job. Kudos!
