I really liked this and I usually can't stand sad endings. You kept Dean in character which was great and the way you wrote everything makes it flow and easy to read.

What really got me though was the -click- at the end. You've almost reduced me to a blubbering mess. Now I have to go punch walls and lift weights to get my manliness back.

So heart-breakingly beautiful. I was crying the whole time, but you really ripped out my heart at the end. It was perfect, and totally in character. The last message especially drove Dean's feelings home, and I wish that season seven had done something similar to this, have Dean or Sam work out their feelings towards Castiel through letters or phone messages, as they worked through the stages of grief.
