A really great Victoria fic, very painful and i can feel the emotions so great.

Very well written - I liked the different types of desperation echoed between Victoria and Fraser.

Powerful, chillingly so! Your description of the second day, with the "where he never fell before" and "He should never have fallen" and "losing...everything" evokes both the moments of Fraser's uncharacteristic stumbling and falling in the snow...and the emotional stumbling and falling that will come with Victoria. You bring exquisite and anguished detail to a much-told story that yet was not told in such detail in canon, and you tell it in a way that makes me believe it did happen just like this, as if it were "hidden" canon. And the sexual-predator way that Victoria takes Fraser...and his past and present struggles with what he does and doesn't want, what he can and can't abide...brilliant insight into both of them, brilliantly told...and also how Victoria uses the sexual aspect as a later threat...your telling of this makes me BELIEVE, and it makes me BELIEVE in a way that HURTS (all of which I mean as high compliment).

It is absolutely amazing. I love your style of writing. It's understandable (I'm talking from the viewpoint of someone for whom English isn't native language), very light and yet touching something deep in soul while reading. "And the storm closes in like a fist, and he holds her so tight that he forgets where his body ends and hers begins. He talks to her, trying to call her back with his voice, and when he sees her cracked dry lips he takes mouthfuls of snow and kisses her, feeding her water with his lips and tongue. Her mouth opens, and she drinks him in, and when she opens her eyes she's the most beautiful thing, even in the dim storm dazzle, that he has ever seen." That simply melted me down.

This is heartbreakingly beautiful :) Everyone knows Fraser's side of events, but he doesn't go into all the details. This would make sense, given what happens when Victoria returns to Chicago. Poor Fraser :(
