I did no see the complete next mutation series, but I kind of doubt Venus will do something like that. It is dark.
About turtles my best guess is that she would lay eggs like all reptiles.
Not regarding the previous the story is short and good and strong.

Such a tale you have woven. The pain anquish of Leo, Venus sense of betrayal causing her to committ suicide. The consequences of actions. How now will Leo and Raph deal with Venus's death. Interesting and gripping.
