Fluttershy kinda did the the right thing, but she has to understand that not only can they handle it, it's in their nature. If she keeps them from doing that it won't be a good thing. That's like her trying to stop a couple of male hissing cockroaches to stop fighting when she sees it happening. The reason they do that is to prove who is more worthy to be with a female they both want. The least she could have done is call a time out. Then suggest to the trainer of the injured Pokemon that it should be escorted away to get some medical treatment.

The reasons for Pokemon fights is not just the fact they can handle it, it's also the fact that they want to. Plus I believe Ash stated earlier in the story that he doesn't make them fight. Fluttershy shouldn't dissuade them when they want to fight. If she does that, they won't be able to survive on their own. Their abilities would just be dead weight and might still have some purpose but not much. She should also know that if she tries to get them to not fight, she's not letting them be what they are. That's why in zoos, keepers ignore the animals at times. They want them to learn how to be what they they are and not be like us. Zoo animals are not pets. Fluttershy should know that. But yes, Pokemon still need to be tended to after their fights.

I would ask them,"Does this mean you don't trust me anymore? Don't you know me? You used to trust me and now that I'm dating Pinkie, I've lost your trust? If you ask me, it seems like you don't want me to date her. And you do know that if she found out about this it would probably hurt her?"

But, this story is pretty cool. To tell you the truth, I've thought about those warnings/threats, and always found them kinda pointless. It sounds like the one giving me that warning, has lost some trust in me. They know that I'm not that kind of person so they find out I'm dating their best friend so they think when it comes to love, they still trust me, but not as much as they did before they found out I'm now dating their best friend. Or on the subject of parents, their daughter.

If I were in Ash's position at the end when Rainbow gave him that warning, I would ask her "Now why would I do something like that? I'm not stupid, you know. If you ask me, that warning is kind of pointless."

You think maybe I could rewrite this story using the newer things in the anime and the games? I will give you credit in the story will mostly be the same except with a few changes. So what do you say, yes or no?

I am loving this fic! Although the romance makes it a bit akward to me at times, i want you to know that it gave me some motivation to write my own crossover.
