This is just... wow. It blows me away... It has been, however, almost ten years since you have updated this story. Perhaps you should come back to this. Only recently have I thought of writing an OC/Arbutus love story... and I plan to, but now I know what to stand clear of. This is absolutely amazing and I do hope you come back to this, eventually.

To answer the last poster, Aini is eighteen :) Simply very inexperienced, nervous, and child-like.

Pity you haven't updated this in a while. I was drawn by its originality and the characters. Aini is an interesting OC, but I felt kind of weirded out that she and Arbutus fell in love since I had the impression she was just a girl, maybe a pre-teen at most. But she's actually a teenager, or a woman?

I haven't seen any fics with Arbutus in them, plus other villains thrown in the mix. Lots of points for originality. The heroes are all characterized well. And now that Mozenrath, my favorite character, has joined the story, I really hope that you will continue. I wonder what kind of interest he has in finding Aini. Something about resurrection of the dead maybe? It was a nice twist when he pretended to be Abis Mal and then Aladdin - very clever man.

All I can say is...wow.

Okay, I got more. I adore the characterizations, all very loyal to the series, and I adore the story. What could have easily become a Mary-sue story is a very realistic story about love and loss, a variation of the "Beauty and The Beast" story.

Oh god, please continue this story.
