This was awesome! I loved the way the attempted rape was structured, with all the little details, and that Kurt still wants to show he has his dignity, with his haughty demeanor and all, and then the snark at the end.

There really aren't words for how much I love this fic. It's a really interesting idea in the first place, to see these two interacting in the manner of near-allies, but to see it executed so exceptionally is just fantastic - not to mention how sensitive and mature your handling of such a difficult subject is, and I must thank you for that.

Your writing is delightful and skilled, and your characterisations are spot-on (even Blaine's transformation into a total dick somehow works). Kurt's reaction to the assault is so perfectly real that there really aren't words; Sebastian remains a prat but is also so human and almost likeable; and I adore the way you show Sam and Finn (and, later, the rest of ND) rallying as well, rather than succumbing to the usual and unfortunate urge to have the rescuer become the singular hero and protector.

All in all, a wonderful piece of work. You should be immensely proud, and thank you for all the time and effort you must have put into this. And thank you for posting it here, for people like myself to enjoy!
