The story looks interesting, but to be honest I found it hard to continue reading with all the grammar and punctuation errors. Nearly all of your dialogue has no punctuation, which takes away the flow of the sentence and doesn't convey properly whether the person is asking a question or simply making a statement at times; you've taken the time to use quotation marks so it makes no sense not to use proper punctuation as well. You don't use apostrophes where they're needed [such as Sasuke's, Sakura's, etc.], and you put unneeded spaces in your ellipses. You also capitalize when it's not needed and don't use commas where needed. [Example: "I guess" He replied to Hakus question. It should be: "I guess," he replied to Haku's question.]

I seriously recommend you finding a beta to proofread for you, mistakes like this littered throughout every chapter as much as you have will make readers and potential reviewers turn away. As I said the story is interesting, and if you fix the errors you'll get much more positive reviews.
