HopelessRomancer chapter 10 . 8/27/2018 So thanks for breaking my heart in the most beautiful way possible! |
HopelessRomancer chapter 6 . 8/27/2018 Excellent description of a bad trip! I love your writing style! It's very in-character! |
Guest chapter 10 . 12/24/2017 This...this is basically the Star Wars version of Trainspotting, isn’t it? |
Guest chapter 10 . 11/16/2017 Oh my gosh that was so angsty! I loved it! Obi-Wan is my absolute favourite and you always characterise him so well, Anakin too. Please write more, I’m a huge fan of you’re writing. Thanks for another great story! |
MapleCFreter chapter 10 . 1/18/2016 10/10 worst fic ever. It's your fault I'm crying. |
MapleCFreter chapter 8 . 1/18/2016 This is probably my favourite fic of all time, no lie. Why then do I hate it so much? I really really don't want to read the next chapter, but I must. You've hooked me like poor Obi-wan. |
MapleCFreter chapter 2 . 1/18/2016 You have me yelling at the computer, good job. Palpatine is quite literally the worst. |
Ender The Time Lady chapter 1 . 9/5/2015 Not gonna lie I spent the whole chapter snickering to myself just because Anakin casually thought that he didn't really mind being off duty due to injury, because it meant he got to get it on with Padme in a vaguely creative fashion. THIS IS WHY PADME GOT PREGNANT YOU GODDAMN HORNY KIDS. |
Brievel chapter 3 . 4/21/2015 Not Falleen...oooh, Obi-Wan needs a *decent* hanger-on to scare the harlots away... |
Olive-Pizza chapter 10 . 6/3/2014 Whoaaaa super intense, my friend. I liked it! I realize I don't compliment you enough and my explaination is well, good is relative. It's difficult to pinpoint singular evidence when it's all awesome. But it was super saucy and suspenseful and you write a drugged Obi wan pretty dang great. |
Obiwan456 chapter 10 . 5/16/2014 Wow - that was - harrowing. Poor Obi-Wan, the first taste of that devilish stuff he did himself, as part of the mission, but then to have it forced on him...twice, that was a nightmare... And then the clawdite, who does have good taste in men, but she couldn't keep her hands off him. It was a little strange seeing Obi-Wan behave in ways that was not like him, playing a part that's not him...Obi-Wan, I know Palpatine is hideous, but he was right in that one point, you have become quite an actor, even though that does seem distasteful fo ryou. But to see Obi-Wan let this "woman" invade his personal space without strong rebuffs than he was doing, I found that interesting. And those clothes...Oh the images in my head ;P And she tried to take advantage of him during his drugged induced spell and kissed him, but who was he kissing ? I like to think Siri, but because this was written in the CW canon, probably the Duchess, but it was funny, the woman (sorry, her name slips my mind right now), knew he was kissing someone in his nightmare, but when she kissed him again later, when he was conscious, there was nothing there. I just sort of chuckled. I can't imagine Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi putting much passion into a kiss with an almost complete stranger. He may look gorgeous, but his kiss was much less than what she had hoped. Ah, dear clawdite, you may look (and lust) but touching yeilds little satisfaction for you. ;) And that was interesting too, seeing her both lust for him and compete with him for security. And Anakin, Wow...jealousy, and his ideas of what justice is, I can see the progression of thought that eventually leads him to Darth Vader...and he truly thinks totalitarianism will bring peace and justice. Democracy may have it's problems, but oppressing the people under fear is even worse. But his hard headed determination to stop the drug lord put him in the position to save Obi-Wan's life. Despite the councils sensor, Obi-Wan was in no shape to do his distasteful duty, and he very well could have died, so yay Anakin getting there in time, despite that fact that Obi-Wan in his state at first saw a future vision of the darkness in Anakin. I know, I basically recapped the story here, but these were all my thoughts as I read, and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Obi-Wan immersed in something so different from his norm...and the h/c was delicious. Poor Obi. ;P |
Obiwan456 chapter 1 . 5/14/2014 So sometimes in between updates on your current story I go in search of stories I have not read yet, and came across this one last night. This takes place after Hardeen? I would think I would have seen this already, but I missed it. So here I am reading it now. So- the say Jealousy is a Green Eyed Monster, and that monster is sure showing it's scales in Anakin here...Jealousy fed by the poison of Palps, I 'm sure. He's hurt Obi, and he doesn't care, because he thinks Obi has no feelings. What a selfish, arrogant little ba...barve...;P I have to go to work in a while so more will have to wait, but I can't wait to read more. |
Padawan Aneiki R'hyvar chapter 10 . 3/3/2014 WOW. What a threading through all the harrowing implications of war and ethics and...the slowly shredding ties... Excellently done. :) |
time2read chapter 9 . 12/9/2013 Wow! Reread this today and I must say great story1 You know I was thinking if per say obi wan told Anakin to spy on the chancellor in case he was being hurt by the sith aka "for the chancellors own safety" I think things would have went differently...Ah well |
Nanuk chapter 10 . 8/11/2013 Ah gosh, sometimes I do wonder whether Obi Wan ever looked back at all the times he dreamed of or had a vision of the future, wondering if he even had been able to do something in a different way. I can't begin to imagine just how painful it must have been for him to realize that he had failed. What a thrillingly intense vision that was, Mam'! :) Loved him shouting for Anakin, trying to keep him safe while ready to die if he had to ... if only he could have STAYED close ... Well done, my Master. :) |
