| khazrn43 chapter 23 . 6/29/2016 Three years and every time I read an an authors note from that time I ball like I did when I heard the news. Cory Monteith saved my life literally. I had been going thru some rough times wanting to get high and I was plotting a way to score some drugs when the news came. I was shocked back into reality and instead of getting high I went to a meeting. I remain clean it's been 7 years 6 months and 29 days and because of him I can still say that. He. Lost his battle but I will do anything and everything to fight to stay clean. For myself, my kids and husband and for Cory. His death has to mean something and if it only means some lady in Arizona stays clean and sober I think he'd be happy. But we know his life meant so much to those he touched and I try to keep his memory alive on here and my other social media sites. He deserves to be remembered for the Great man he was. So here I am on a Wednesday night crying like a baby after reading this wonderful story only to realize it's unfinished. You said in your authors note you owed it to him to finish and keep the montourage alive well come back cuz we are still here. Honor the tether! Remember the drummoer! |
