That isn't Law so I'm having a hard time getting into this. His personality and words are completely off. Feels like an edgy, pirate version of Harry instead of Trafalgar Law. Particularly his conversations on the train was the main tell.

Are you kidding. He was at the school but had to ride a train. He grew up very different but you still mashed him into the griffindork mold. I do not see law being a griffindor. Plus laws parents were killed by disease when he was a child and that droce him to be a surgeon.

It's generic but why not do 4th year tri wizard I mean really umbridge like she's some super evil that can't be defeated I can imgine goblet summoning the surgeon of death

Very fun story so far. While I have no clue if the author is still around I would love to see where this goes from here, even more so since it stopped at quite the cliff hanger.

A lot of the details are missing. Trafalgar Law is 191cm (6'3) and an adult at 24 years old, yet the story sometimes still treated him as if he is a kid of around Harry Potter's height and age. (such as the instance Draco provoked Law? a kid wouldn't talk to an adult like that.) Law is from world of One Piece, he shouldn't think the spiders are gigantic or dog Sirius as tall, because bugs that size is a dime a dozen in OP and dogs the size of men are not uncommon either. etc. Jean Bart is the size of trolls in Harry Potter, and London buildings are NOT built to accommodate people of that height (unlike buildings in One Piece), it should be mentioned how difficult it is for him to maneuver the tiny Diagon Alley rather than completely ignore it.

a good crossover should always keep in mind different characters perceptions. what is uncommon in a setting may be common in another, and vice versa. so characters should always think and act accordingly. details are extremely important in fleshing out characters' personality and background. But overall the characterization greatly improved compared to previous chapters

Snape should call him "Mr. Law" rather than "Mr. Trafalgar" because the naming convention is completely different in the OP world and in English. thus anyone in HP would assume "Trafalgar" to be the given name and "Law" be the family name, since they don't have the knowledge readers/writers have without being told. Law is being waaay to cooperative for a pirate, especially for someone of his background. I hope the Heart Pirates won't be returning the books.

wtf WHY in the world is TRAFALGAR LAW sorted into Gryffindor? It doesn't make sense at all, the hat is fcking rigged :/
