What does her having piercings have anything to do with her manners? If you are trying to describe her, you can do so without making a pointless statement that makes no sense.

A welcome surprise, I'd say. I really enjoyed seeing your return. Just take your time. Your writing mojo will come back to you if it's meant to. New music, books, or movies with some wild element of sci-fi or fantasy have always done the trick for me. There's just something pulse pounding about something new. Something fresh. I hope you find it & take a firm grasp of it. I am quite curious about this story, after all.

I really liked the chapter! I laughed out loud at Missy and Victor's reaction to the serum. I wonder how Missy is going to dig her way out of that hole or what might be in store before she can.

This chapter may be shorter than what is normal for you and that is nothing to apologize for. Write what you want, you're talented as heck. Real life problems are real life problems and unfortunately, I understand how years can go by before having time to reconnect with past-times or hobbies. It's the effort that counts and it is very admirable that you are sticking with writing after you were thrown a whole sack and a half of curveballls.

I have really enjoyed this story so far!

Taking into consideration of what you are capable of as an author (coming from FP), this story came off rather mild - borderline fluffy. I was not expecting this!

I love the bones of this story and how you have set up the dynamic between Missy and Victor. I would love to see this story go fully dark.

Having so many primary and secondary characters interacting with each other came off rather "pretty"/civil ( in my opinion). I found it distracting to have so many interactions in such a short period of time. Keep in mind that I am biased.

When I read Victor Creed fanfics, I'm looking for the nitty-gritty, primal, rough-around-the-edges, take-it-or-leave it, dark stories that focus on the main character and Victor.

Victor Creed is an incredibly dynamic and complex character, which can make it hard to showcase his writing potential when so many other characters are involved in the storyline and chapters. I would enjoy this story a lot more if Victor and the OC were the primary focus so we can see their development between each other, with other characters having short spotlights and coming in/out in short intervals when absolutely necessary.

I enjoy your portrayals of the characters, even if you were not too familiar with them beforehand.

I am looking forward to more interactions between Victor and Missy. That's where the good stuff is.
