I love that: that the longing or passion she thought was love, was not as good as "mere" normalcy. People need to figure out that normal is great.

Gosh darn it. I was totally okay, until that last letter and the last line, and then I couldn't stop the tears from falling. My favorite part was their changing POVs in the years they were separated and how they fall in love with this person through the letters and their imaginings.

Awe, This story is just so fabulous. I do love Lucius trying to get Draco to calm down and be there for Hermione. That was a sweet moment between them.

Critiques (for improvement) - You want periods instead of commas for the "all, without, you" line (All. Without. You.). :) Minor issue, just helps give the stops instead of light pauses.

For Hermione's sake, because it's important to HER, you BETTER have them Malfoys make up and become family again. At least by the time Lucius is on his deathbed (coming soon from the sound of it?)

And I see this as a break between H/D as well - not a break-up, but something that separates them too. :)
