Abby canonically doesn't give a shot about Mchee's feelkings - she proved that in quite a few episodes - except when she wants to use him for something. Why are you pretending she would now?

I was kind of scared to start reading this story. I love love love Abby/Gibbs I was just not sure where it was heading. But I love love love this storie.

*laughs like a maniac* This whole chapter left me with muscle aches in my stomach from laughing so hard! This is totally Gibbs and Abby! You got them spot on! I love it! The fact that they can be hot enough to thaw ice in Antarctica one minute, and then be bantering back and forth like a couple who has been married for 45 years...So totally them! Love, love, love it!

I loved this story! :) I agree with you about the ending, but if you do go through with those last eight years in another one it'll be awesome And out was not a bad ending, it was incentive for another good story. I really liked that you didn't rush the story, even if you kept saying out was supposed to end sooner XD

Nooooo, I don't want it to end. Okay, tantrum over. Love everything about this wrap up...here's my list and I know I will miss some because well, it would be way to long to list all of them so here's my top list...They're married, they have a daughter and now a son on the way, they named her after Kate and his mom, they're carrying on the Father's Day tradition, Maggie and Jack are still together and there with them, Tony is with Leyla and Amera, The whole team are godparents, the baby boy's potential name, that Kelly and Shannon are such a big part of their lives, especially Kelly and Katy-Ann, and the way Gibbs and Abby got married...and of course, the love and happiness that's so evident between them. Can we please have more now?

Oh my word, you just turned me into a sappy puddle with that first part. The two of them laying together like that, just talking and touching,letting one anothers presence ease away the tension...now that's amazing. Love that Abby see's the man he used to be, the man he keeps locked away to protect and that she see's he's coming back. Also very happy that she recognizes her part in that and then when he says that guy is nearer the surface because of her...ugghhhh, a puddle of mush am I.

And whoaaaaa, that next scene was out of this world H-O-T! I can't even describe it well enough. Abby pushing him against the wall and then the checking for tics, but when he flipped her over-*bag! I NEED a paper bag down here!* And they weren't even done yet! That whole checking her for tics and choosing the next tat and the the fingers and the curling and the *Where the hell is that BAG?!*

Gibbs asking her to move in, the soulmate discussion and then Jack giving Abby that gift was so beautiful.

*Shakes finger at you* No fair, nearly stopping my heart with mentions of forearm at the very beginning. How am I supposed to get through the rest of the chapter if I'm a boneless mess at the bottom of the gutter just several sentences in? Loved this line though, "Was gonna suggest together but if we did, I doubt we'd get to eat this side of midnight... and Jackson might hear me screaming."He bent his head to nip her neck, making her gasp. "No might about it, Abbs."

So sweet to hear them talking about there lives in years to come...and the thought of grandkids-Awwwwww!

The photo albums were such a wonderful way to tell more stories. It's great that Abby and Jack want to help each other bridge those gaps in time but they also understand Jethro's need for privacy and respect that. I loved the wedding story with Jethro and Shannon and I could so easily picturing being what really happened. Such a great chapter!
