This is a lovely and engaging short story. I love the beginning with the spiders. Jake realized why she won't leave Forks and he stayed sweet and patient. Packing with the help of Quil and Embry was fun. Jake meeting with other packs was unique, I don't think I have seen other packs written elsewhere. Bella gets to say goodbye to Edward while Jacob waits for her. She comes back. Really sweet and thoughtful.

Well, I loved it. (And I'm thrilled you wrote another J/B story!) You got a whole lot of wallop in a little space, girlfriend. I feel like I just read a multi-chapter fic in just a few paragraphs. Is this a result of many drabble challenges?

Of course, with your mad skills, I'd love to sink my teeth into another wonderful looooong fic, but this was very refreshing. Charming, funny, sexy, dramatic, heartwarming, and sad, it hit every cylinder with perfect timing.

I read this the other day before FF went down and I couldn't review. I just reread it but I wish I could have reviewed right away as soon as I first read it. I was so excited because this kind of story is not usually told.

Usually Bella can't make a decision between Edward and Jake but here even though Edward is the reason she wants to stay in Forks she has already given her heart to Jacob. All that Jacob can do for her, he has done and will keep doing. He will protect her and kill the spiders for her...always.

Love this story. You wrote it very well

I mean, did she or didn't she find them?

The end...was it her finally moving on?

So may open questions? Too many going unanswered...

In other words...MORE, PLEASE GIVE ME MORE!

Lovely story. The poem gives it a fantastic structure, and it's so Jake. What a clever way of condensing a long story into tiny little windows of episodes that say so much more than if you had written them as full chapters. laughed at:'Oh, no, I left a pair of scissors on my dresser; Bella probably knocked them onto the ground then fell on top of them, impaling herself on the pointy end,' which was actually a fairly rational fear to have." Beautifully written, well done!

How beautifully poetic and artful. The tie in to the poem is brilliantly done. I love that the endings were open and left the reader to finish the thoughts and images with their own musings.
