So, first of all: I really enjoyed your story so far.

But let's start with some criticism, shall we? There were some grammar mistakes, but maybe that's just your style of writing, I'm not so sure about that.

The first chapter was a little bit too much inspired by the actual game, it came almost off as a little boring at some parts. But I guess this is what is needed for this kind of story. Just try to tone it down a little, or make it less obvious and try to find a sneaky way to bring the canon part into your fic. :)

The beginning of the second chapter made me laugh so hard! I really love the interactions between Shaun and Desmond, they are both so in character, especially the grumpy brit. From the little language barrier to the Leonardo da Vinci part, it made me grin every time. You displayed them just nicely and I'm really looking forward to the next chapters, since Desmond/Shaun is one of my OTP's as well. (actually everything concerning Desmond is my OTP..)

So, keep writing. :) I'm really excited to see what you will make out of this. 3
