This is such a great fic! Everybody's in character and I love the idea of Knuckles being connected to the Master Emerald almost to a physical extent. I wish the game had more bonding between Sonic, Tails and Knuckles like this X(

i have always suspected that Knuckles might have a deeper connection to the Master Emerald then what they show, so why not that deep?

When i read the first chapter i seriously was worried that they might find Knuckles dead after all, and they would have to guard it in his stead... I was so relieved that he survived.
