I CRIED AGAIN. THE FEELS. WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY FEELS :'(((

Poor Kate. It pains me how we all know that Kate spent the rest of her life alone, without Jack. Well not completely alone of course, but without Jack. We all saw that in The End, how she said she missed Jack so much.

And in this fic, we got a glimpse of Kate's life. How she didn't want to move on, and just couldn't see an empty coffin being buried, and Jack's name on the gravestone. :'(

Ah... Tunisia. Made sense. I wish it was like this in the series. :(

It's exactly how I imagined it. I always thought after they got out of the island, that Kate wouldn't be with anyone like she was with Jack. I mean, perhaps she dated, went out several times with some men, tried to move on, but in my head, she just couldn't feel anything to anyone of them, Jack was the only one for her. And in this fic, it's exactly like that. In this fic, you wrote that Kate had been rejecting Nurse Johnson's advances. And we all have read that AMAZING post-finale fic by Erica "Nobody Does It Alone" that stated how Kate had tried going out but just couldn't find love since Jack was the only one for her.

I CRIED when she realized that "Bryan" was actually Jack. Her Jack. I can imagine her surprise, seeing the tattoos. And also, her relief. :'(( I can totally see it in my head! Like a movie/video playing! It's so freaky how I can "see" in my head the details of their faces and their voices too. :p That's how much I'm obsessed with LOST XD

I have read this fic long ago but I haven't given reviews.

I really wonder where you got the inspiration for this? :D It seems quite an unusual plot, but I love it! It's unique in its own way, no one has ever made something quite like this! ;)) Somehow the world had gone into war again, and then these two LOST survivors volunteered to be nurses. It's so interesting and fun! The unusual-ness of it! XD

And how excited I was to see that Jack was alive! Albeit losing his memories. And now he got close to death again -.-"

"Scars" what an appropriate title for this chapter, as Kate grapples with old scars that have never really healed. The flashback scene of Kate's refusal to give up on Jack, that he could still be out there, hurts to the core. The fact that Ben couldn't find Jack's body on the Island also has to make it all the more difficult for her to move on, the signal of hope still waving in the winds for her. How sad. :(

Everything was just great. The explanation that Dr. Jameson gave about where Jack has been, why he's now 'Brian', and why he found it so easy to move into something that gave his life purpose, a purpose that he remembers, I should say. Kate's insistence on staying with him is so Kate. You get your man back gurl!

THE JATE IN THE LAST SCENE. OMG. He wakes up and notices someone with him, someone cares enough to sit through this with him. How he notices her beauty straight away, and that she was the woman who saved his life. "Who am I?" That's really IT isn't it? For Jack at least, who he is, not only in the world, but to this woman, who risked her life to save him and who is sitting by his side when he wakes up and the woman who scoots into his arms and makes him feel whole. This was absolutely perfect! Now get back to 'Not With Anyone!'

Ooooh, I like like like. Small fanfic, but emotional))) Oh my God, Kate found her hero after 5 years. How much of all she had to endure. Of course now it will not let Jack for nothing! I'm sure Jack will remember it and who he is. Everything will be fine! Wonderful!
