I like the story and it is incredibly hard to find the properly written fic, but yours one is quite ... premature? They act as if they are younger and you write many obvious things. Don't take it harshly, I really want to see authors improve.

I really don't think that Sherlock would say "I don't know" about why the person chased after him. He would have at least few ideas, like revenge or they were sent after him in the first place or he ruined his planes etc.

This was a long and involved story. You said you wanted to keep to the characters as they are in the series, so it needed to be so. I think you did keep them in character, except for Sherlocks 'innocence' in regards to his personal sexuality. That I believe is totally your creation, since there was not a hint of that in the series.

I'm guessing that you might not be American do to certain missing words, wrongly used ones and odd verb tenses used throughout the fic. Sometimes I notice these things and just think its someone who doesn't edit well, only to find out they were writing in another language. On the other hand, you write well and your plot was well interesting.

That whole bit with Armand was nicely done! He served a purpose, even if the whole story line about the 'black market' was a bit confusing. Then I have to wonder how Mycroft could still work with Phillip when he knew Phillip was untrustworthy, but then I thought it might be something to do with the government. Why does Moriarty say that Phillip could have Mycroft? The idea that Moriarty could still be alive because there was no splatter would mean that Sherlock was stupid. He would know about a real head shot, wouldn't he? I just thought that nothing was shown because the series in general shows little blood or guts.

Well, if you did want to continue this with a sequel, I would love to read it. I think being able to read this as a finished work made it easier to accept the slowly developing characters relationship and keep it in my head that that is what your story was about, not the other events in the story.
