Oh, how I would love to read a continuation of this! It was quite well-written, and you captured Mr. Thornton's uniquely shy yet confident personality excellently. That he caught her in such a rare, vulnerable moment was beautiful. Please, please do continue this story!

This is sad and lovely, such a bittersweet additional scene. I especially like how Thornton was so upset at seeing Margaret's despair that he lost his head and became angry at her father for dying - poor, silly man.
