Oh man, I missed the fact that this story wasn’t marked complete. Guess I’ll never know what happened with the murders or with Jane and Maura!

I was a little surprised at how hard the detectives, especially Jane, were pushing Maura to take the easy route and declare Cushing’s death a homicide. They never struck me as the types to rush an investigation just because they were getting pressure from the brass.

There were certainly folks who would have liked to see Cushing dead and making it appear to be suicide would be smart, especially if the person who killed Cushing also killed Landon.

On a separate note, I’m glad Jane and Maura finally talked instead of just sniping at each other.

How frustrating! I hope the interruption at least gives them a lead on their case.

Sometimes I think Jane doesn’t give Maura enough credit. I figured she was getting Cushing out of the room so they could search it but she went one better and got a look at the rest of the house. Go Maura!

I guess I have a tendency to identify with Jane because I didn’t think her reaction to Maura’s so called “good-natured ribbing” was that over the top. Maura recognized that she was making Jane uncomfortable but chose to push her even further. I think she shouldn’t have been so surprised when Jane pushed back, even if her response was over the top.

On a separate note, let’s hear it for Frankie, I think his talk with Jane played a big part in her kissing Maura later.

Things are getting tense between our ladies. Let’s hope they figure out its sexual tension before they ruin their friendship!

I know it's been 4 years but you have to finish. Please. It was going great.

This is one of, if not THE BEST story I have ever read on this site. It's fantastic writing from a hugely talented writer, so why, oh why have you left it unfinished? Not only is your characterisation spot on, but the actual crime is intriguing and very cleverly plotted. Beautifully paced and completely engrossing, I have enjoyed reading it immensely. It's such a shame it's not complete. I was looking forward to finding out exactly who murdered who and why, and I was looking forward to Jane and Maura's date and how their relationship developed. I can't be angry about it's incomplete state, because I have enjoyed your writing so much, but I am hugely disappointed that it's ended prematurely. Please continue writing so that your immense talent can be enjoyed by the readers, and maybe some day you might consider finishing this outstanding story...
