Your writing skills are good. But I can't imagin that Vegeta has no clue about the female body. I don't think he was a virgin when he arrived on earth. And Vegeta disgusted? No, I don't think so...
But the human body is different from a saiyan body. So it could be possible that females on Planet Vegeta don't bleed during their periods...

I had a good laugh, never thought that Vegeta might not now about how reproduction works for females and that already assumes that Saiyan females are the same or similar.
