Guest chapter 9 . 2/13/2015 Very good. |
T'Lu chapter 1 . 5/24/2012 Intriguing beginning! I'm looking forward to reading the rest. I do have one question about this chapter. In the first paragraphs, Spock tells Kirk that "there's no one on the planet." Then when the planet blows up, Spock apparently grieves "for the fellow Vulcans that had been lost." Why is he grieving? They weren't alive and on the planet when it exploded. If they were there and already dead, you need to make that clear. Of if they weren't there at all - alive or dead - then why would he grieve? Continuity slip-ups will get you every time. ;-) OK. Now I'm going to read chapter 2 before I have to leave the house. |
murphycat chapter 9 . 3/17/2012 I started out not sure if I wanted to read this, but thought I'd give it a shot. I thought it was a pretty good story. A little rough in places. I always find that if I leave it for a day, I always find ways to smooth the story out. I liked the premise-original. The only thing I found hard to believe was that Spock would leave her, but who knows with Vulcans, and you make a valid argument for why he would not be associated with T'Pring. I am glad you worked Nurse Chapel into the story. And you did it very gracefully and made her seem still young without being too silly. I hate that. I like that you recognized that Chapel at a doctorate in biochemistry and put her to use and utilized her very obvious nurturing skills. There is a very specific niche on here for Spock and Chapel stories so next time, go ahead and list them like that and you might get more readers and reviews. I liked it. Hope you write another. grayroots chapter 7 . 2/25/2012 Great story. I can't wait to see more father/daughter interaction. |
MsAdler583 chapter 4 . 2/5/2012 This story is really great! With the focus on the relationship between Sarek and Spock, I always wondered what a Spock/offspring relationship would look like. Please keep writing! |
Pepa 816 chapter 3 . 2/3/2012 GREAT STORY I LOVE IT. |
