I do not think X should assume control of the SR-2 Normandy. However giving him the X O spot instead of Miranda would be interesting. My reasoning for this is that it would give him a chance to show he has leadership skills without getting rid of Shepard. Also I hate Miranda so her losing that spot would be great and spice up the plot.

Reading through and I have a few critiques for your writing. Firstly I think that having someone proofread your work may improve the writing overall. Secondly, more detail, it will help with the narrative and make the story more interesting. Finally, when characters talk use connotations it sounds better. Overall though I am enjoying the story so far.

Question, Wasn't X and Zero made Before the law against AIs? so wouldn't the grandfather clause protect them?

I see your really getting this gunning towards the end of ME1 and it sounds like Zero is just starting to feel the effects of Wily's Programming. It would be crazy to see a X Vs. Zero fight so soon but given time to fester abit I can see the two of them duking it out in ME2 time. (Much like how it formed with the actions taken in Megaman X5 either by misunderstanding or by being consumed by the Sigma Virus.)

Gotta say i'm loving all these new chapters as for X leading the new Normandy sure why not hes got the capabilities as for diifferent armors well I'd choose the Falcon armor for its flight, piercing shot, and its speed also his Shadow armor for when he needs stealth

As for the questions: X as the Captain of SR-2... im not sure. X is capable, though... Shepard is a man unlike most, plus he is more known than X is at this time (I think?). Im torn on this question.

As for armor for X... I would go with the armor from either X3 or the Falcon Armor from X5/X6.

Ahhh... Megaman X and Mass Effect Crossover. I've only watched a bit of Mass Effect, but I like what I've seen so far!

For X's Armors, I would Suggest either Falcon or Neutral Armor.

Falcon due to it's maneuvering capabilities, piercing charged shots and Neutral because of it's adaptability between Raw power and Enchancement capabilities.

Good to see the story is alive and I do appreciate you using my idea concerning X and Tali in regards to peaceful existence between Geth/Quarian relation. Though it will take time and odds are Garrel and Xen will make it troublesome.

I enjoyed the expression the council had when Shep showed them his talk with Soveriegn and couln't help but laugh thinking *Wish I brought a camera with me on every mission*

My only thought at this point is what will good old Timmy (Illusive Man) start to do once ME1 closes. With two Reploids created by humans, Cerberus will definitely want some of the tech regarding those two so a future encounter is bound to happen.
