So, a Fire Nation rebellion? Just what I was looking for in these fics, but haven't found until now. I always knew that there had to some kind of rebellion operating in the Fire Nation against the tyranny of the wartime Fire Lords.

Very interesting how you changed the story line. Aang not even playing a major part in the end game.

I completely understand that this story is already done, and that I'll find out one way or another, but I have to ask. Is Tazia Ursa? Not being recognized is entirely possible as the comics point out. A wonderful story, but so far, I'm wishing there was more Zuko. As it is Zutara, I'm sure it'll get there, and that is my only gripe. Otherwise, very well written and in character.

Loved it. Really great FF. Love the Zutara. Really well written. Yeah you had some flubs here and there, but every author has those. You did really awesome. Now I'm going to check out some of your other works.

I read the entirety of both pieces before I left a review, so this may be a bit lengthy.
This was an absolutely phenomenal work. I don’t typically like to get into long works, but this one has me riveted from the first chapter. The characters were written amazingly, the OCs felt like they belonged in the story, and it never once felt like the story was rushed. I enjoy that all of the plot lines were tied up and we weren’t left with any loose ends. Excellent use of foreshadowing throughout. A and 10/10.

Just started and finished The End of Hope and The End of Mercy in these past two days. Incredible, beautiful fics. Everything I wanted in an Avatar fanfic.

DAMN. If atla could have pushed darker than they did on nick, I could totally have seen this happening, canon. Azula's just too good at what she does to be cast aside like Ozai does to her. Now that I've read this, her slaying her father seems almost inevitable.

This story is so incredible. I read it years ago when you were still posting updates and ended up never finishing it. I was thinking about it recently and I scoured the website until I found both parts again and I'm so glad I did. You're an amazing writer! This story was so good I loved it! By far my favorite fic ever!
