OK I'm very much lost. Please help me out. So Edward was some sort of God/Nicholas Cage in City of Angels character that could determine when a person would die. He falls in love with Bella who is a dying oncologist and a life cynic. Then he tried to turn her into whatever he is through Katrina, she finally accepts and then they find a cure for her liver problems. Only for them to get into a car crash, which he knew about, in which she seems to end up vegetative and he takes care of her until his mortal death? I think I get it and I love how different this concept is from everything else but I am still baffled. Please help! xx

I don't tend to like the supernatural stuff until there is substance injected into it and for me, this story accomplished that.
I liked this story from the start because I, too, love to think about death. I am also in medicine so I loved the power and realism of this Bella.

I loved the theme of god and mortals. Of god being weak to the earth. If the concept of god were always so romantic maybe I'd value it more.

Anyway, great read. And thanks for sharing some of yourself. That's brave!

Absolutely in love with this story. It is beautifully written and beautifully expressed. However, I am slightly confused with the ending, it seemed that Bella was suddenly going to have a drug to get better, and then she was dying? Did her and Edward get in a car crash or something? I feel like I am missing something completely and I would really appreciate it if you could let me know what happened, haha

Other than that, a truly beautiful creation. I started reading it an hour ago and didn't stop once until I got to the end, amazing.

That's really horrible to take her awayf rom her family. Both of them are selfish.
