After a week of reading, i've finished this story, I know you didn't write it, but Erdan part 1 made me cry in the end, and Erdan 2 has successfully done the same. Im honestly speechless in reviewing this, because the story was honestly just amazing, I don't know how to describe how I felt about the story. Erdan and Zhong's father son relationship was incredible, the development of the story, the symbolism in it all, the song choices through the chapters, it was all incredible. So I guess all I can say in the end of it is,
Thank you for writing such a great story, and I hope you go on to make great stories like this in the future.
I don't really know how to end this review, because again i'm just at a loss for words after finishing the tale, but I guess the easiest way to end it, would be to just say, thank you, for everything you did here.

Dear The Cool Cat

I don't know if you will ever read this, or even look on this page, but I really wanted to let you know that I am a huge fan of this story, and it's main character 'Erdan'. From the first chapter to it's satisfying ending, 'Erdan 2 a fathers love' has become one of my favorite story's I've ever read in my life.

Erdan is one of my favorite fictional characters. He's brave but has fears(both in common and uncommon things). No matter who, or what a person looks like, he treats everyone he meets as an equal. Despite his kind known for war and violence, he values peace, loyalty, honor, compassion, justice, and love. Even if someone insults or curses his name or kind, he will still fight to protect them.

I know you didn't create his character, 'wolflover111' deserves credit for that. But I think you did much, much more with him in you story.

I also loved his foster father 'Zhong' and his foster mother 'Shu'.(by the way is the h in her name silent or not?) When I read there dialogue I really felt true emotion with there words. And I also like that this is a fanfiction where the protagonist is an original character.

The story also taught some vary well done morals about forgiveness, family, racism, and courage.
Making this a great read altogeter.

Your story was kind of an insperation to me. Now I want to write storys on this site for many to see, read, and enjoy. I would like to continue or write new adventures about Erdan and his family.

Wow what another AMAZING chapter! I definitely liked the scene with Po and Erdan eavesdropping on Zhong and Shu, especially as he sings the well chosen lullaby!

You did an EXCELLENT job this chapter with the dialogue or "exposition" as you call it. Everyone was in character, and I thought Zhong having a chance to reflect on his choices as he tells the truth about Erdan to the team was wonderful! I also love how you connected the ninth doctor's theme to Zhong so well in your author's note!

My, oh my. After mercifully reading all your Kung Fu Panda stories, and punching a few walls in order to obtain my manliness, I am at an endless amount of joy.

Will you be doing the Winter Festival in 2015? I honestly thought that Erdan 2 was going to end it, however now I am filled with anxiety and anticipation for your next KFP story, if there is one. I must say, you really know how to make a story.

Of course, this review isn't about the beautiful future that is your KFP stories. So, let me comment on this wonderful masterpiece that is Erdan 2.

This story is something that I can see in a movie. All the characters were described so vividly, and the beautiful mixture of the supernatural and reality was truly a feast for the eyes. You have bought these OC's to life in a way that cannot be described in a simple review. Your choice of music was astonishingly accurate, and only added to the immersion. I can only imagine how difficult it must have been to create this 160,000 worded literacy masterpiece. I congratulate you!

Rather you continue these stories in the next two years or five, I can guarantee you this; I'll be waiting.

I know that I might sound tedious and annoying, however do you have a somewhat accurate date as to when we'll see your next KFP fanfiction? If not, are you going to write them eventually? I have read so many great stories that have not had a complete ending, so my paranoia is getting the best of me, haha.

This is soooooooooo good.
When i had the random thought to check out some KFP fanfics and stumbled onto this, I'll be honest i was a little skeptical at first about how this incorporated two other fanfics. But after reading the first chapter and going back to read the other two first, i was instantly hooked. I really enjoyed the parts where Zhong "sings" as those moments i can feel the emotions put into the words as if i were watching it happen myself. And tbh I got a little teary eyed too. The teasing with the Zhong/Po thing was a little overused, but then again I really wouldnt mind if they really got together eheheheheh. The story overall was somewhat light hearted and a blast to read.

9.5/10 would read again

Although you mentioned it with my story recently, I found your ending to be a bit Harry Potter-esque as well; having the final chapter being a major flash forward showing how story affected the future without giving the clear details.
And I really like how you left a lot to to the imagination while giving us glimpses of Erdan’s accomplishments. The two grandsons who grew to be friends like their grandfathers was also nice to see. I also like that you said he became the leader of the next Furious Five. Thats seems to be something well with in his Erdan’s power. Haha I should have expected you’d do another throw to Doctor Who.
All in all, this was a very good ending to a pretty good fanfiction story. It’s hard for me to believe I started this a little over a year ago, but I’ve enjoyed my time reading it. More importantly, I’m glad you asked because I’ve greatly enjoyed your feedback on my stories and of course our conversations were something I always looked forward to on weekends. So you finally worked in Hun-Dun huh? I was wondering if that bet was ever going to come around. Once again Master Shifu seemed to be one step ahead in seeing a lesson between Zhong and Po.

The 'talk' was an interesting scene .Honestly I would have liked a little more, but I understand it probably would have gotten too detailed up to a point especially with the kind of story you're putting forth here. I guess I'd be curious simply for the fact that my dad never gave me the talk. I got bits from my mom but I had to learn everything else myself.

I also liked the nod towards HS's story and the new insignia. (he really needs to update on that story)
