I like this story but it needs a beta. Otherwise a very believable proposal.

For example: Penny watched as Sheldon with trembling hands pulled a ring out of paints pocket.

Corrected: Penny watched as Sheldon, with trembling hands, pulled a ring out of his pants pocket.
