Oh my gosh you've killed me. With both happiness and sadness at the same. Because this is how that reunion SHOULD have gone but didn't and why didn't Rose use that huge gun of hers instead of staring stupidly? I know, I know, there wasn't enough time and maybe she didn't even have a clear shot but still.

Anyway, back to your wonderful story that puts several wrong things in the universe to rights. The first two parts really hurt, especially the part about the Doctor. " His fingers would wiggle that little entreaty to the universe, and the universe would shrug helplessly and turn away." This was a really good line, even though it hurt a bit. I really think I'm a masochist, because I love things that make me hurt like this.
