Oh my goodness! So much to love about this story. You didn’t let Peter off easy! Sharks, secret rooms and raw emotions. Thank you so much for writing such a wonderfully captivating story! (That I stayed up all night reading.)

This was very good. Neal was caught up in something he hadn’t initiated or considered or conned. I think you said it best, wrong place, wrong time, wrong people. And Sara was just doing her job and comes across the disk! They were amazing and brave, I could not imagine escaping onto a life raft in the middle of the ocean. I was disappointed with Peter assuming that Neal ran even though it didn’t make sense, then forgetting to cancel the warrant with the Marshalls, and then not handling OPR better. Handcuffed to a hospital bed seems excessive. Maybe it is the rule, maybe he is just a convict. I don’t know but it was offensive, knowing that Neal was just a citizen and not acting as an FBI consultant when Gavin got a hold of him. I liked Mozzie’s extra security measure and was grateful for it. I appreciated Neal telling Peter he wouldn’t survive solitary - like that was something Peter himself could survive or that he Neal even deserved, but anyway - I was glad Neal was able to get Peter to see the limits of his future. He needs his sentence commuted and to be free. We will hope that is what happened. Thanks for a great story and for all your writing for WC.

Enjoying a re-read of one of my favourite stories. So well written and chock full of adventure for my favourite couple.

I was really kind of mad at Peter throughout a lot of this one — jumping to conclusions so fast, thinking Neal had run. But every word was so well written and in character. Loved it!

So well written and plotted! It was like seeing a little darker White Collar. The finish was perfect, just how I imagine the serie would end.

It feels like Neal is saying goodbye through a few chapters...
