Alibi Nonsense chapter 18 . 2/13/2019 This is a masterpiece. I was giggling all the way through. Your OFC was powerful in her own right, but was not a Mary Sue. She, along with your version of Jim, pulled the story along, all the twists and turns at once surprising and inevitable until BAM! The ending. So happy I reread this. Perfect end to a perfect day. |
Guest chapter 1 . 12/25/2015 This drew me in right from the first line. It is just so epic — both awesomely hilarious and scary. I can tell when reading that it's an account of a complete madman, but some parts of the narrative is so disturbingly *normal*, the frustrations of life in ways I can totally relate to, that it completely throws me off. Uncanny valley at its finest indeed. I am so glad I found this fic. Thank you so much for posting this. |
Alibi Nonsense chapter 8 . 12/18/2014 This is brilliant. This is just... this is just the vinegar on the chips of BBC Sherlock, this is. |
ijustsigneduptofollow chapter 18 . 4/11/2014 Wow. You have a real gift! This was... Disturbing and dark and funny and awesome and sad. It hit on all cylinders for me. So thanks for that. |
B chapter 18 . 1/18/2014 BLOODY BRILLIANT MATE! WOW *MIND BLOWN* |
Guest chapter 18 . 5/8/2013 This has just screwed my mind upside down and sideways. I usually hate original characters, but this is an absolute unbelievable joy. Your Moriarty is spectacular - just the right mix of bored and capricious, delightfully impotent in his crisis of confidence and either resigned or railing against it by turns. And you skillfully thread consistent laugh out loud/fits of the giggles humor through a story that has depth of character as well. I take my hat off to you. Brilliant story. |
Becks93 chapter 3 . 1/26/2013 Thank you, so very much! This cheered me right up from a terrible day. X |
x0chu0x chapter 18 . 8/25/2012 Well... It was amazing. Your Moriarty has this playful, childish touch that makes him and his violent outbursts more human. Very nicely done ! |
Guest chapter 18 . 7/4/2012 Wow. I have to admit, I almost stopped when I saw that this was going to revolve around an OC, and I do have to say that it took some willing suspension of disbelief to get that this under-aged girl was running both Moriarty and Holmes in circles, but... but... Your writing style is gorgeous. Hilarious. The syntax so much fun. I want to read something original, something that doesn't ping a warning in the back of my brain as having an iron canon base that can't be strayed off of. If you ever write a book, I swear I will pick it up. |
phanpiggy chapter 18 . 6/24/2012 I have just finished reading this story and I must say that you deserve a standing ovation! Bravo! Really well-written and unique. You have an entertaining, poetic, and flowing choice of words that is very professional and distinguished. Melanie is a fabulously written character who shines far above the usual two-dimensional OCs you so often find in fanfics... The whole story is well built up and realistic unlike a lot of fics which tend to progress too quickly and have cliche plotlines and tacky happy endings. To be appallingly sappy, this fic shines like a diamond amongst all the crap that is out there. |
Keatinge chapter 18 . 6/17/2012 Stalking more of your work now... I love your Moriarty. Everything is so perfect. Usually authors would have let the girl go, but you stayed true to Moriarty which is brilliant! Keep writing for him please! Xx |
Pyreflies Painter chapter 18 . 4/21/2012 Despite the ending, I liked this. I actually did. In fact I loved every bit of it! Thank you. This was such a nice story to read because the plot was great, the point of view and the way you wrote fit together perfectly, Odd was well done (her character was well-written!) and once again I loved the plot. It was a great ride. Thank you. :) |
TSylvestrisA chapter 18 . 3/25/2012 I came to this late-at the end, really-which means I was able to devour it in short order. Excellent! I mean, seriously, this was brilliantly done. I cannot wait to read more by you. |
Kitsmits chapter 18 . 3/18/2012 Wow! This is an awesome fic. I love how you wrote Odd, making her a bit of an enigma, only peeling off her final layer at the very end. And it was a very poetic ending. |
Blueskysummer chapter 18 . 3/16/2012 A wonderful story all around, I've followed since the beginning. You have a unique style that pulls me back and kept making me crave more. I loved Odd, loved getting a peek into Jim's brain, loved the dark humor and hilarious nicknames and blatant references to sexual tension. Fantastically done, truly. |
