Reading the books of GRRM I always felt for Elia more than anyone .. she's the true victime
..I tought I cant hate Rhaegar more than I usually do
But Reading this fanfiction .. Wish that his death and lyanna's was worse than what george gave them

This is what I've been waiting for my whole life: someone to write the events in Elia's perspective. I've always considered her story to be one of the most tragic in the books. This is brilliant. Not only did you capture the essence of her tragedy, you were also able to capture her strength amidst the chaos in her life. I was in tears when she and Rhaegar had that confrontation and just...ugh. I love this so much.

This fanfic has made me adore the character of Elia as you have no idea.
Also, I like how realistic it is.
(because Lyanna was no saint, and the Rhagear was human after all, and they're my fandom otp, but even their love story was not a song).
Although I like to think they they loved each other, that it was inevitable what happened next.
Elia's death (and life as you write) is so bittersweet.
I do not know what to say because I adored your prose, and metaphors, and your story, and, well, everything.
I love that it had been in the canon. This, it's just a perfect piece of literature.

you have made me fall for a character i never even thought of, i completely dismissed. elia martell - she may possibly end up being my favourite and she is dead.
