Reviews for The Angel of Madness
James Birdsong chapter 11 . 2/23/2018
Great fanfic
Symbolic Joker chapter 10 . 8/21/2016
Pretty god dang enjoyable. Could it have been better? I admit, yes. Do I mind? No!

The way it is now is just fine. Especially when compared to some other fics you can find on this site. Would I recommend this to my friends? Sure, if they want something simple to read and not anything grandstanding.
xThomas2 chapter 10 . 4/30/2015
Ehh. hello moon hello to some might like I don't really
Baldor Omnuiik chapter 10 . 4/11/2015
Well-written and entertaining! I enjoyed the parallel Alice you created at the end too. Such a fitting ending to this epic tale.
Inferna Blossom chapter 10 . 9/13/2013
Amazing! Wonderous! Marvelous! And I love the ending. I also totally lost it (in a good way) when I got to the part that the Doctor said to young Alice.
Inferna Blossom chapter 9 . 9/13/2013
I know where he wants to go! To when Alice's family was alive so she can see them one last time. This was amazing as usual, btw.
Inferna Blossom chapter 8 . 9/12/2013
Amazing! Just... wow. I cannot say what I have not said before, aside from the fact that you made some very good points, and I'm glad that the Doctor and Alice are back together again
Inferna Blossom chapter 7 . 9/12/2013
This chapter was amazing, you're best yet! In so many ways I can't even recount them all, but I'll try to get as I can. 1 Symbolism: I *loved* how you compared, quite accurately mind you, the Jabberwock of American McGee's Alice to the Dream Lord as both being symbols of the guilt and self-loathing of each character. Not only that, but I'm sure that the way Alice saw the Doctor's face when the Dream Lord allowed her to see the real world, and then it fades to the Dream Lord, that was to illustrate the connection, wasn't it? 2 Thorough knowledge of Doctor Who, American McGee's Alice, and Alice: Madness Returns: From all the details, depth to which you used them, and how well they worked together, it was obvious you had an in-depth understanding of both. 3 Cooperation: I like how well you had the Doctor and Alice play of each other, from being able to cover each other's weaknesses in battle, to how they talked when Alice told the Doctor her story. The characters are perfectly in character, but you work so well with them that one could think you created them. 4 Ethos: I went through a variety of emotions reading this, from happiness and hope, to annoyance and anger, to sadness, to curiosity (is that an emotion?), and it flows amazingly. 5 Genius cleverness or plot: I would have never have expected the turn of events, and it was very original to meld the Jabberwock and Dream Lord together. 6 Personal Enjoyment: In addition to all I've mentioned so far, I loved reading this, not just as being a combination of my obsessions, but for the story itself. I was and am on the edge of my seat for more. By the way, I think the conversation between Alice and the Doctor about Alice's story and the scene with the Jabberwock are two of the best scenes.
Inferna Blossom chapter 6 . 9/12/2013
Awww... she trust him now. That's sweet.
Inferna Blossom chapter 5 . 9/12/2013
Oh no, card guards *and* Weeping Angels? Not good at all. On the plus side, at least they're not zombie-fied and rising from the dead a few times before they stay down.
Inferna Blossom chapter 4 . 9/12/2013
This good, but I thought Hatter hated trains too?
Inferna Blossom chapter 3 . 9/12/2013
I like this. I wonder if it means anything that the Doctor's cape is red. In American McGee's Alice and Alice: Madness Returns, the world was full of symbolism. I also was concerned how the Doctor would deal with the more violent side of Wonderland, but I think you're addressing it well enough. I wish I could find a Fezton too, btw.
Inferna Blossom chapter 2 . 9/12/2013
So he's following her through psychic link, right? Just like I expected. This looks like it'll be fun to read.
Inferna Blossom chapter 1 . 9/12/2013
Well, this could be interesting.
So many taken usernames chapter 1 . 8/27/2013
I felt like I was reading the script of a Doctor Who episode. You should make a deal with BBC and whatever company makes Alice and get this published or something, because this is brilliant. I felt all the emotion of a Doctor Who episode in 10 short chapters. And best of all, you did Alice and the 11th Doctor justice. In fact, I think they'd be very flattered by your portrayal of them. So to sum it up, this is a fantastic story and you are an amazing writer!
P.S: Sorry that I can't give any criticism, by the way. I feel like I should give some advice to counterbalance the praise, but I guess I just don't have the experience to find any mistakes in this masterpiece.
