"Brothers do stupid shit together all the time" ok first off that's an amazing line. second, it totally solidifies Nightwing's personality (haha it was solid before but that brought it home) and I love how Damien was the first to go to Jay's side. That rules. especially before, when he called Jason weak, I was totally expecting 'Wing to go straight into 'oh no you don't you lil shit i will destroy you' and he didn't that ruled. this ruled. you rule.

I just read this for the first time. I am sitting here with tears in my eyes. This is one of the best portrayals of Jason I have ever read. I can't get over chapter 12. And I can't believe it was left like that, but I realized it was perfect. It feels unfinished because it is-that's literally the long and short of Bruce and Jay's relationship. I actually can't right now. Thank you so much.

This was perfect. This was amazing. This is an amazing story that has the right balance or humor, seriousness, and angst to make a perfect combination of emotional soup. Keep writing your stories because if they are all like this I'm sure they're brilliant.

I loved it no more words :) The flow of the story was great and Batman... he is just... a douchebag. Jason went out of his way to have closure with his past and he ruined it. Nevertheless, I am glad your story ended like this he does not need Bruce's permission to talk to the other members of the bat family. Now that I think about it the only member of the family who is never mentioned is Tim. Jason won't forget being replaced? It was great how the olds and the youngest of the family helped the middle child. Also loved the way Starfire protected Jason.
