I'm slightly appalled at myself that I haven't already reviewed this, because it's brilliant! You write them in-character so it's actually believable, and there seriously aren't enough good quality Mystrade fics like this around for my (picky) tastes. Also, may I say I have absolutely no objection to your 'cop out' ending...because I don't read that kind of fic, and I'd have been sad to miss out on this. It's excellent. I am going to imagine this actually happened...
