Oh my god that was breathtaking.

This is lovely! I totally got that the last scene in Mockingjay was of them making love. It seemed pretty clear from the careful word choices and metphors. And it's so fitting. The ultimate expression of love wins out against the effects of war and pain. Wished the ending had been longer, like many readers. This story is a beautiful extension of what readers were looking for!

I freaking love this. Katniss and Peeta may be my favorite couple in existence. This is written so it fits perfectly well into the Hunger Games (which all fics really *should*), yet it isn't horrifically, chest-achingly, hauntingly sad like I feel Mockingjay was (not to say I didn't love Mockingjay, of course, because I did). Anyway. This is amazing :) heck, *you* are amazing ;)

AMAZING! Wow, I was so excited to see that you, my favorite fanfiction author, also likes the Hunger Games! This was pretty interesting to see how Katniss and Peeta comfort each other after the end of Mockingjay. You really captured how they would feel and act towards each other, and remember all the deaths that happened. I think Katniss does blame herself for many of the deaths, and even though most of them were not her fault, she still thinks that she may have been able to prevent them. Your writing is detailed. And yeah, I love your pen name! You don't have to write this, but I would like to see you write a Annie/Finnick story, since their relationship was really sweet and , and by the way, your PJO fanfics are just as awesome as this.

Wow, this was truly inspiring. I enjoyed it immensely! :) I feel like we really got into Katniss's head without any unecessary angst. I wasn't sure at first if the timeline worked, but you explained why it took them so long to get to this point, and honestly, I don't see how two very broken teenagers would be able to handle a romance any more quickly.

Your subtle but poignant references to Peeta's madness made my heart break for him a little, an echo of what the books made me feel for the boy with the bread. And your descriptions of their night together was perfect, really. I feel like you gave us just enough details to really feel the hunger they were feeling, but you stayed away from a potential lemon situation. I commend you for that. :)

All in all, I really enjoyed your oneshot on this moment that we lovers of this pairing adore so very much. *grins* I'll be on the look-out for more HG fics from you. ;) God bless!

It's hard to find a good fic from this fandom, especially fics about this particular moment. And I'm more than happy to say you did brilliant. You said that you're new to the fandom, but I didn't believed that until I went to your stories, to find only this. Bummer, yes, I was expecting more :D
