Every one of these "Aftershock" pieces is excellent. You really have a talent for getting people's voices. Poor Lennie. I feel bad for his daughter too though (and can relate). He's afraid to contact her and be with her and stuff, but even when a kid is angry... it's the parent who needs to take it, argue even, but stand firm. Otherwise the relationship will just... fade into nothing. Anyway, great chapter, great story.

I really enjoyed this story. I'm a Lennie fan so that's what drew me to it but i'm also someone who's been thrught the 12 steps (not alcohol that would be easy - may addiction is food) and so i really appreciated the depth of your story.

I was on the verge of tears the whole time. _ You write so powerfully, it was so real. This has to one of the most amazing stories I have ever read. Thanks so much!

Wow! This is great! I loved the one with Rey and I think I reviewed it but I'm not sure... ANYWHO! it's an awesome story and I really hope you do a POV from everyone else because I'd be especially interested in Jack's POV! Keep up the great work.

Having watched AFTERSHOCK several times yesterday, I'm really starting to enjoy the story. You get into the characters so well. I can imagine the 'game' playing between Lennie & Rey & the bit about the radio stations-sometimes you have to compromise.

Looking forward to the next chapters.
