I've just started a re read of this story! So excited to fall in love with Book/Dark Eyes Damon again and go through the motions of his and Bonnie's relationship. Let's Hope I don't cry again

This is the third time I'm reading this and I still cry whenever she reads the letter, I wanted her to end up with Dark eyes so bad.

When life gets to be too much and I need to escape reality for a while, I always come back to one of your stories. This one is my all time favorite.

I've just read this story for the second time and I have to say i'm even more blown away by it now than I was the first time and that's saying something because I fell inlove with this story the first time since chapter 1.

I haven't read the books yet so this story is the only Book Damon I know and I was so sure I wasn't gonna look twice at old dark eyes because I'm such a Bamon shipper in the show but oh my goodness I was wrong! When I watch the tv show I don't feel like Katherine or Elena torn between two of the Salvatore brothers, I only have the hots for one and that is Damon! I was a one vampire women but this story was the first time I have been put in Katherine/Elena's shoes because there were two Damon's!

Dark eyes was so sweet and romantic towards Bonnie that I was completely swooning for him. Some of the things he said or did made me dizzy with love for him. I also really like stories about Bamon that start off with their dislike for one another that grows into love and as the love triangle started I was torn, I had no idea who I wanted her with and who she would end up with. Both relationships were exciting but I have to confess that when dark eyes came back I got hurtful twinges in my heart when Bonnie told him she didn't want him anymore and that she was inlove with the gorgeous blue eyes and that is the reason I loved this story even more the second time reading it. Reading her relationship with dark eyes in the first half of the story when you already know who she will choose in the end is bittersweet, the way he defended her against blue eyes when he put his hands on her, the way he was disgusted by blue eyes not caring about her life, the way he done everything right just made it extra hard when she didn't choose him in the end. This story has gave me laughs, smiles and also heartache and tears which I love.

Putting myself in Bonnie's position I still don't know who I would have chosen to be with. It's so difficult. You made this story so beautiful with your talent, I honestly wish there was photos of Bonnie and her two Damon's or at least a trailer for this story.
