Of wow why didn't I read this before? What a great little story. Sometimes even when I like them, I don't relate to the high school stories...but you wrote these guys just right. They acted their age but I could really get their attraction and choices, I don't have the best words to describe it but maybe just realistic? I enjoyed that you don't have them falling all over each other at first glance. What I really love about your writing is how you leave some things unsaid, and it is more intriguing because of it (examples, just enough of him being protective , and you get that he is angry, hints at his feelings, without laying it all out there). I enjoy all your work, thank you for sharing.
